4. Memberships, Billing & Refunds

4.1 Membership Access

4.2 Billing & Renewals

You authorise us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method;
Recurring memberships (e.g. monthly or annual) will automatically renew at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date;
You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up to date.

4.3 Trials & Money-Back Guarantee

From time to time we may offer low-cost trials or introductory offers. Any such offers are subject to the specific terms shown at the point of purchase.

Where a 30-day money-back guarantee is offered:

You must request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase;
Refunds are subject to reasonable anti-abuse checks (e.g. repeated sign-ups);
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring membership at any time via your account, the payment provider, or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period unless required by law.
